Breakfast Truly is the Most Important Meal

Poet Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote: "The sky is the daily bread of the eyes." He was close. The sunrise is the "Daily Bread" as in "Give us this day our daily bread".

The concept of "Eating the Daily Bread" is a central allegorical theme in the Bible and contains clues as to when to meditate to meet God.

First of all, I believe that when you meditate properly your pineal gland secretes a fluid called melatonin which perform a task in human beings similar to what chlorophyll does in a plant. Melatonin allows human cells to receive God's message from the SUN of God on a DNA level, the true sixth sense, just as a plant or tree receives the code that activates the plant's DNA and tells it to be an oak or a maple tree. Eating the daily bread is receiving God's message through your DNA. The question is "when is the proper time of the day" to meditate when the message will be best received.

The Bible answers that question in a number of ways. The first is the concept of "hidden manna" and how it is the "daily bread".  In Exodus 16:15, the Bible tells us: "And when the children of Israel saw it, they said one to another, It is manna: for they wist not what it was. And Moses said unto them, This is the bread which the Lord hath given you to eat."

So we know that the bread is manna. So what exactly is "manna"? In Numbers 11:9, the Bible states: "And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it." And in Exodus 16:8 "And Moses said, This shall be, when the Lord shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full;"

Manna is the morning dew:
- Exodus 16:13 And it came to pass, that at even the quails came up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew lay round about the host.

and … Exodus 16:14 And when the dew that lay was gone up, behold, upon the face of the wilderness there lay a small round thing, as small as the hoar frost on the ground. ( Frost is seen at sunrise and quickly dries up as the heat of the sun overcomes the morning coolness.)

The next time you go to church and say Our Lord's Prayer you'll actually know what you are praying about. If you haven't meditated at sunrise every day you are not obeying God's basic commandment, that of loving God. Loving God is thinking about God and the allegorical word of God. Loving God is sacrificing 10% of your day to meditation, every single day.

The words: "Our father who are in heaven, (in your head) hallowed be your name. Thy kingdom come they will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread (meditate at sunrise), and forgive us our trespasses ( acknowledge all of your feelings and actions in meditation)…

… ONLY MEANS TO MEDITATE
