Temples Point to the Sunrise and the Eclyptic

I just returned from Ankgor Wat in Cambodia.

There are 4 special days to view the sunrise at Angkor Wat, or any temple or church for that matter when the sunrises precisely over one of the three towers, pyramids or spires:

1. The summer solstice on 6/21
2. the autumnal equinox 9/22
3. the winter solstice 12/21, and
4. the spring equinox on 3/21

Do you see there are three giant "spires" to the Wat that you see as you approach the temple. And as the temple faces west, what you're looking at is due east. On the summer solstice the sun rises exactly above the tower on the left as you face it, then for the next 90 days the sun rises one degree northward until the Autumnal equinox on 9/21 when the sunrises directly above the center tower. There is a pyramid in the tower to commemorate the "fire in the middle" which is what the word pyramid means. After 9/21 the sun continues to rise one degree to the north unitle the winter solstice on 21/21 when it rises directly over the tower on the right. The sun then proceeds to rise one degree in the opposite direction for the next 180 day, repeating the process in reverse. If you missed these dates, don't despair. You can go to virtually any catholic church, buddist, hindu, jewish temple, or government building like the Washington Monument, or even England's Stonehenge for that matter and get the exact same show as they are all built as "temples of the SUN of god".

They are all leading you to the same god and that god is the SUN!

Psalm 19

1The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
