How and When to Meditate

When you chant OM, the M creates a humming "vibration" in the upper sinuses. That vibration in turn create internal friction, and internal heat like rubbing two sticks together. The single eye, pineal gland,  rests on the upper sinuses and when it warms up enough secrets melanin, Chrism, Christ, Krishna, Crisco ... whatever you want to call it. It takes 40 full OM's to warm the pineal gland enough. The Christ. oil, then comes down the spinal column and migrates to all of the cells of the body. Your DNA is then conditioned to receive the message of God through the photons of the sun for 2-4 hours when the sun rises and is in Aires, (the lamb of God) and Taurus.
